Hosting and infrastructure use Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Depending on the service, data is processed in Germany or within the EU.

4. Contact and support

Information sent by email or support system is processed to respond, prepare an offer and perform a contract.

5. CBackup service

The service may process device names, connection and backup status, backup dates, errors, storage use and data needed for the system image. Scope, retention and location follow the plan, configuration and agreement.

6. Payments

When an external payment link such as Stripe is used, the payment provider processes payment and contract data. Full card details are not stored on this static website.

7. Cookies and analytics

The static website currently uses no marketing or analytics trackers. External checkout and support pages may use necessary cookies.

8. Retention and rights

Data is retained only as long as required for the website, enquiries, contracts, backup retention and legal duties. Data subjects have the rights granted by applicable GDPR law.
