After configuration, CBackup Image creates full images of suitable Windows devices and supports recovery. Hardware changes, drivers, encryption and damaged source data may require additional work. Regular recovery tests are recommended.

Configuration, access details, compatible devices, internet connection and required permissions are provided or agreed depending on the plan.
Infrastructure
The service uses infrastructure managed by Majerowicz.com with server and storage locations within the European Union. Individual technical components may be distributed differently by product.
Support
Support is provided through the support centre and support@sofbac.com within the agreed scope.
Changes
Technically necessary and reasonable changes may be made provided the agreed primary purpose of the service remains intact.
