Terms and conditions

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Majerowicz.com – Grzegorz Majerowicz. These terms apply to CBackup Image unless otherwise agreed.

2. Service

CBackup Image is a managed service for creating and retaining system images of compatible Windows devices. Storage, devices, schedule, retention, monitoring and recovery assistance follow the plan or offer.

3. Requirements

The customer provides a compatible device, administrator access for setup, sufficient local capacity, stable internet and adequate device uptime. First-image duration depends on used data and upload speed.

4. Cooperation

The customer discloses encryption, multiple systems, external drives, large game or media libraries and special recovery requirements. Unagreed drives and partitions are outside the service.

5. Quota and retention

The selected quota is a limit. Older recovery points may be removed under the retention policy or new backups paused when the limit is reached. Permanent archiving requires a separate agreement.

6. Backup execution

Execution depends on device condition, internet, Windows snapshot functions, encryption and storage. Monitoring is provided within the agreed scope, but every scheduled run cannot be guaranteed.

7. Recovery

Recovery assistance depends on the plan. Replacement hardware, drives, on-site work, shipping and recovery from already failed media may be charged separately.

8. Fees and cancellation

Prices and billing periods follow the order or offer. Recurring plans continue until effectively cancelled. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Data protection

A data processing agreement may be provided to business customers where required.

10. Liability and law

Statutory liability rules apply. German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
