A consumer entering a distance service contract generally has fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is concluded.

Effects

Payments are generally reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt. If performance started at the consumer’s express request before the period expired, a proportionate amount may be due for the part supplied.
